Directions

HOW TO PREPARE

  1. Heat water to a boil.
  2. Add Hormel Vital Cuisine™ Instant Custard Mix and stir with wire whisk until dissolved.
  3. Add pumpkin and pie spice and stir until thoroughly combined.
  4. Immediately portion into custard cups or shallow pan.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Garnish, as desired.

Serving Options

  • This recipe makes a great pumpkin pie! Simply portion 8 servings into a prepared and baked 9-inch pie crust. Cover and chill until firm.
  • Custard meets IDDSI Levels 4-7.
